Dave Kearley CMgr

Dave Kearley CMgr has extensive experience in operations and supply chain management. Dave currently holds the position of Head of Operations and Supply Chain at Mixergy Ltd, a role they have held since May 2023.

Prior to this, Dave worked at FFEI from November 2019 to January 2022, serving as both Operations Manager and Head of Procurement and Supply.

Before joining FFEI, Dave worked at Thales e-Security for over fifteen years, starting in March 2004. In this role, they were responsible for managing the supply chain operations, including order fulfillment, supplier performance, process improvement, and leading a team of 16 individuals.

Dave began their career at Motorola Solutions in February 1998, where they provided manufacturing support until March 2004.

Dave Kearley CMgr has a Diploma in Quality Management & Assurance from The Chartered Quality Institute. Dave also has a Diploma in Supply Chain Management from IoSCM International. In addition, they hold a Chartered Manager designation from the Chartered Management Institute, specializing in Strategic Management and Leadership.
