Rachel Webre

Rachel Webre has over 17 years of experience in supply chain, operations, and program management. Rachel began their career in 2004 as an Intern at IANCEM Sugar Mill in Ecuador. In 2005, they joined L'Oreal USA as a Senior Project Manager/Project Manager, Product Launch Development, where they managed an average of 50 product launches at a time, with lead times of 8-12 months. Rachel also participated in the Operations Management Development Program, where they served as a Component Supply Planner and Project Engineer. In 2015, Rachel joined Upwardly Global as a Program Director, where they were part of the Management team that led organizational restructure to fully integrate online program. In 2019, they became Senior Program Manager of Water Sensors at charity: water, where they oversaw all aspects of a $2MM Global Water Sensors Program. In 2020, Rachel joined Henkel as Senior Manager, Supply Chain Innovations & Production Steering, where they managed all innovation launches for fabric finishers and home care. Currently, Rachel is the Director of Supply Chain at Mixlab, a position they have held since 2022.

Rachel Webre holds a BSE in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and a Certificate in French from New York University's School of Continuing Professional Studies.
