Nimrod Gruber

Nimrod Gruber has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Nimrod currently works at Mixtiles as the Director of Talent Acquisition, a position they started in April 2023. Prior to this, Nimrod worked at Lightricks, where they held various roles including Director of Executive Recruiting, Director of Global Talent Acquisition, Lightricks' Headhunter & M&A Scout, and Software Engineer. During their time at Lightricks, Nimrod successfully recruited over 400 employees, managed a team of talent professionals across multiple countries, and played a key role in the acquisition of Codicate, which led to the establishment of a new R&D site. Before Lightricks, Nimrod gained experience as a Software Engineer Intern at Experis Software. Nimrod also worked as a Consultant at Mandel Foundation-Israel, and as the Co-Founder and Coach at InCoaching, a company specializing in goal-oriented dynamic coaching.

Nimrod Gruber's education history includes several degrees and certificates obtained over the years. Nimrod attended The Hebrew Reali School from 1990 to 2002, where they studied Computer Science and Physics. In 2002, they enrolled at the University of Haifa and completed their LL.B degree in Law in 2006. During this time, they also obtained the certification of Attorney from the Israel Bar Association in 2008. In 2008, they returned to the University of Haifa to study Hebrew Literature and Poetry. In 2011, Nimrod attended the Adler Institute in Herzliya, where they studied Adlerian Coaching from 2011 to 2012. In 2012, they pursued a field of study in Psychology at The Open University of Israel. Additionally, Nimrod Gruber obtained the certification of Adlerian Coach from the Mecon Adler in 2012.
