Frank Hernan Calamba

Frank Hernan Calamba is an experienced GIS Advisor and NRW Specialist with a strong background in managing GIS systems and non-revenue water management. Currently serving at MIYA since February 2022, Frank is responsible for planning GIS systems, managing databases, executing surveys, and training local staff. Previously, Frank held similar roles at MIYA from June 2018 to February 2020 and served as a GIS Specialist/Supervisor in the USAID Be Secure Project from November 2015 to June 2017. With early career experience as an ICT/GIS Engineer for the Provincial Government of Misamis Occidental and participation in advanced ArcGIS training, Frank has developed a solid foundation in GIS and water resource management. Education includes a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Mindanao State University - Iligan Institute of Technology.
