David Leal, MBA, currently serves as the Sr. CI Manager & Project Engineer at Mizkan America since February 2022, where also held roles as Continuous Improvement Manager and Continuous Improvement Site Leader. Prior experience includes positions as Continuous Improvement Engineer at Sierra Aluminum and as a Continuous Improvement Engineer Intern at Howmet Aerospace. David Leal began a career in engineering as an Assistant Mechanical Engineer at Pendarvis Manufacturing and further developed skills as a Mechanical Design Engineer Intern at CP Manufacturing, Inc., focusing on design and drafting tools like SolidWorks and AutoCAD. David Leal also contributed as a Student Mentor at AppJam+, guiding middle school students in mobile app development.
