Kraig Schenewerk

Kraig Schenewerk is an accomplished IT professional currently serving as the Director of IT - Infrastructure, Operation and Security at Mizkan America since September 2022. Previously, Kraig held the position of Director of IT - Global Infrastructure & Services at Symrise AG from July 2020 to August 2022, where responsibilities included organizing and leading strategic direction for IT Global Infrastructure and Operations within Symrise Nutrition. From September 2014 to July 2020, Kraig managed all aspects of IT Infrastructure, Operations, and Security at International Dehydrated Foods, focusing on transforming core IT services to align with business strategy and growth. Prior experience includes various roles at Dairy Farmers of America and telecommunications work with the State of Missouri. Kraig holds a Master of Science in Computer Information Technology from Missouri State University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from Columbia College.
