Michael Oliff

Michael Oliff is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Assistant Counsel at Genesis since July 2021. Prior to this role, Michael worked as an Associate at SMBC Capital Markets from October 2017 to July 2021 and held a legal secondment position with BNP Paribas while at Washton & Gitto LLC from June 2015 to October 2017. Michael has also gained experience as a Summer Associate at Rutgers School of Law's Community and Transactional Lawyering Clinic in May 2014, as well as at Washton & Gitto LLC in the summer of 2013. Earlier in the career, Michael worked as a Legal Analyst at BNP Paribas from February 2010 to July 2012. Michael holds a Juris Doctor degree from Rutgers Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
