Nathalie Roman

Nathalie Roman, SHRM-CP, has accumulated extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition. Currently serving at Mizuho since August 2021, Nathalie focuses on talent acquisition strategies. Previously, Nathalie worked at Morgan Stanley for a brief period as a Human Resources Talent Consultant, where a high-touch client experience was delivered in a rapid environment. In the startup sector, Nathalie held the position of Regional Operations Manager for Cooking Thyme Inc, overseeing teams in New Jersey and Connecticut while supporting the CEO. Earlier roles include serving as a Personal Assistant to a private doctor, emphasizing discretion and organization, and as an Office Manager for RPMS, where operations in a medical office were managed. Nathalie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Dietetics and Clinical Nutrition Services from Montclair State University.
