Alicia Tuel

Alicia Tuel has a strong background in human resources, with over 20 years of experience in various roles. Alicia began their career at USG, where they worked as a Human Resources Supervisor, assisting with general HR functions. Alicia then moved on to become a Human Resources Manager, responsible for providing HR consulting and services to plant personnel. In this role, they oversaw HR, employee relations, workers compensation, and safety functions for manufacturing facilities. Alicia later became a Regional Human Resources Manager, overseeing HR functions for multiple plants and distribution centers. Alicia provided HR guidance and training to management teams and played an active role in talent management, recruitment, and policy implementation.

In 2016, Alicia joined The Heico Companies LLC as a Senior Human Resources Manager, where they partnered with the executive leadership team to provide HR support to the business. Alicia was the primary HR contact for a leading manufacturer of electro-mechanical and high pressure water jet cleaning equipment company. Alicia ensured policy consistency, managed talent acquisition, and handled employee relations. Alicia also served as a Regional Human Resources Manager, providing decentralized HR support and guidance to multiple businesses within the company.

Most recently, Alicia has been working at MJ Holding Company, LLC as the Director of Human Resources. Alicia has been responsible for overseeing HR operations and policies. Starting in 2023, they will transition into the role of VP of Human Resources.
