Tamara Crowley

Tamara Crowley has a diverse work experience in the cannabis industry. Tamara started their career in 2018 at 7ACRES as a Flower Team Lead, where they gained experience in plant care, organizing large-scale harvests, and managing a team. In 2020, they worked at Lune Rise Farms as a Harvest Technician, responsible for the fall harvest of outdoor cannabis plants and assisting with facility maintenance. From 2021 to 2022, they joined Aleafia Health and held multiple roles, including Alternate Master Grower, Cultivation Supervisor, and Irrigation/Climate Supervisor. Tamara led the creation and training of the Irrigation Team and implemented efficient techniques and protocols. Currently, they are an Operations Manager at MJardin Group, where they oversee operational activities. Tamara's work experience demonstrates their ability to take on leadership roles, implement improvements, and contribute to the success of cannabis operations.

Tamara Crowley's education history includes attending Georgian College in 2017 for Pre-Nursing Studies. Tamara did not obtain a degree at this institution. Prior to that, in 2008, they attended Grand Health Academy and obtained a PSW Certification in Geriatric Nurse/Nursing.

In addition to their education, Tamara Crowley also holds several certifications. In January 2023, they obtained a Certificate in Introduction to Nutrient Management and a Certificate in Regulations and Protocols Nutrient Management from the University of Guelph. In May 2019, they completed a 1-year program in the School of Management curated by AGC in affiliation with 7ACRES. In March 2022, they obtained an Ontario Pesticide License from the University of Guelph. Lastly, in March 2020, they obtained CPR/AED/First Aid certification from the Canadian Red Cross.
