Mark Otterburn

Mark Otterburn is an experienced Technology Project Manager with a strong background in infrastructure and telecommunications. Currently at MJ Church Ltd since May 2020, Mark previously held similar roles at Dyer & Butler and Balfour Beatty plc, managing projects related to driver information systems and precast concrete tunnel segments for nuclear applications. Mark's extensive experience includes overseeing smart motorway technology infrastructure, street lighting schemes, and various maintenance contracts for national motorways during tenure at Carnell. Additional expertise encompasses radio base station builds for major wireless providers while working with LCC and Medlock Group. Mark began a career in the late 1990s at Skanska UK, progressing from Supervisor to oversee critical communication upgrades. Mark’s education was completed at Wyvern Comp from 1975 to 1980.
