Les Lugg

Les Lugg is an experienced professional in the marine and construction industries, currently serving as the Founder & Managing Director of GeoSeacore since March 2022. Lugg has been a Co-Owner of MJL Group Ltd since April 2013 and the Founder/Owner of SOLO SPECIALIST SERVICES LTD since October 2011. Previously, Lugg held significant roles at Fugro, including Regional Nearshore Director from January 2015 to February 2022, and various managerial positions at Fugro Seacore from June 1998 to January 2015. Additionally, Lugg served as Managing Director and founder of WaveWalker BV from March 2012 to February 2022, where a joint venture was established for innovative marine operations. Educational qualifications include studies at Oxford Brookes University from 1996 to 1998.
