Lianne Rafferty

Lianne Rafferty is a seasoned Quantity Surveyor based in Armagh, Northern Ireland, with extensive experience in the construction industry. Currently serving at MJM Marine since August 2022, Lianne has held similar roles at McLaughlin & Harvey WorkSpace, TIMBERMARK MANUFACTURE LIMITED, and 3 Interiors, among others, showcasing a consistent track record in quantity surveying since 2010. Initially starting as a Sales Assistant at Barratts PriceLess Limited and later at The Perfume Shop, Lianne transitioned to cost management with Tesco PLC before fully dedicating to quantity surveying. Lianne holds a BSc Hons in Quantity Surveying from Ulster University and completed earlier education at St Catherines College, Armagh.
