Stanislav Mekhonoshin

Stanislav Mekhonoshin is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in security engineering, team leadership, and mentoring. As a Team Lead at Hubstaff since July 2021, Stanislav focuses on hiring and managing a DevOps team, transforming cloud infrastructure, and ensuring compliance with SOC2 and HIPAA standards. Previously, Stanislav served as a Senior Security Engineer at both Hubstaff and Toptal, where responsibilities included risk management and developing security toolkits. With experience mentoring over 30 students at mkdev, Stanislav has also held roles in software engineering, Scrum mastering, and teaching at Voronezh State University. A founder of a profitable VPN service, Stanislav combines deep technical expertise in Ruby and related technologies with a strong foundation in education, having earned a Master’s degree in Analysis and Functional Analysis from Voronezh State University.
