Carsten Bettac

Carsten Bettac is a Senior Program Manager for Enterprise Shared Services at MKS Inc., where they have been since 2024. Prior to this, Carsten served as Global Manager HR within the Center of Excellence for HR Information Systems and Service Delivery at Atotech from 2018 to 2024. With a strong background in consulting and the chemicals industry, Carsten specializes in Digital HR Strategy, HR Business Process Design, Business Cases, HRIT, and HR Operations. They have also held roles at Deloitte Consulting and Accenture, and gained early experience as a Working Student in Product Management at SAP from 2006 to 2008. Carsten is pursuing degrees in Applied Computer Science at CEU Cardenal Herrera University and Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University, as well as in Business Administration and Human Resources at the University of Mannheim and Tata Institute of Social Sciences, respectively.
