Dolores Nelson has a broad range of experience in workplace operations, real estate, and facilities management. Their most recent role was as the Vice President of Global Workplace Operations at MKS Instruments, where they were responsible for managing a large real estate portfolio and overseeing all aspects of workplace operation services. Prior to that, they served as the Senior Director of Workplace Operations and Real Estate at PlayStation, where they focused on creating exceptional workplace experiences for employees. Dolores also held leadership positions at Plantronics, Tellabs, Adaptec, and Denron, where they gained experience in corporate real estate, facility management, and operations. Throughout their career, Dolores has demonstrated strong leadership, strategic planning, and collaboration skills.
Dolores Nelson has a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo. Additionally, they hold a Master of Science degree in Engineering Management from Santa Clara University. Dolores also obtained the Facility Management Professional (FMP) certification from the International Facility Management in 2019.
