Peter Souza

Peter Souza began their work experience in 1991 at Rollins Leasing Corp., where they held the role of Region Service Manager. In 2002, they joined Salem NationaLease Corp. as the V.P. of Maintenance until 2010. From 2010 to 2013, they worked at Amerit Fleet Solutions as a Senior Fleet Manager. Peter then served as the Vice President of Field Operations from 2013 to 2018 and as the SVP of Safety, Quality, and Field Training from 2018 to 2022. Additionally, in 2010, Souza briefly worked as the Principal at Coast to Coast Consulting Services LLC. Currently, they are the Director of Operations at ML Utilities since 2022. Prior to their employment at Rollins Leasing Corp., Souza held various positions at Penske Truck Leasing from 1991 to 2002, including the role of Area Maintenance Manager.

Peter Souza obtained an AA degree in Auto/Diesel Tech from Universal Technical Institute from 1989 to 1990. Prior to that, they earned a high school diploma in Social Work from Watsonville High School, which they attended from 1986 to 1989.
