Pieter Coussement

Pieter Coussement is a Data Engineer at ML6. Pieter has previous experience as a Team Lead at Inbiose, where they were responsible for the development of production processes for HMO using novel production micro-organisms. Pieter has experience in metabolic pathway design, bottleneck identification and solving, bioinformatics, strain building, data capture, analysis and visualization. Pieter is also skilled in setting up IT infrastructure and web-based data tools.

Pieter Coussement has a master of bioscience engineering from Ghent University and a Master of Science (M.S.) in industrial engineering and biochemistry from Katholieke Hogeschool 'Sint-Lieven', Gent. Pieter also has a masters in Wetenschappen-Wiskunde (8u) from Bisschoppelijk College Veurne. In addition, they have certification from Google Cloud - Minnesota in Professional Data Engineer and certification from Neo4j in Neo4j Certified Professional.
