Yerik Perez

Yerik Perez currently serves as the Senior Director of Operations at Major League Baseball, having held various roles including Director of Operations and Senior Attorney Analyst since February 2009. With expertise in legal compliance and global investigations, Yerik also teaches Sports and Entertainment Law as a professor at Universidad Iberoamericana since June 2017. Previous experience includes working as an Attorney at OPV LAW, where compliance and risk management were key responsibilities, and an internship with the United Nations, focusing on international agreements concerning the Dominican Republic. Yerik holds multiple advanced law degrees, including a Master of Laws in Legal Strategy and Corporate Law from Instituto Especializado de Investigación y Formación en Ciencias Jurídicas OMG and Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra, respectively, along with a Bachelor of Laws from Universidad Iberoamericana.
