Pam Goldston began their work experience in 1977 as a Programmer at Union Carbide Y-12 Plant. Pam then worked as an Associate Engineer at Martin Marietta Corp from 1980 to 1982. Following this, they served as a Programmer at Rockwell International (Rocky Flats) from 1982 to 1983. Pam then worked as an Electrical Designer at Rockwell International (Rocky Flats) from 1983 to 1984. From 1984 to 1991, they served as a CAD Operations Programmer at Ball Aerospace Corp. At ALCOA, they worked as a Technology Manager from 1991 to 1999, where they developed and wrote a wire harness database program. In 1999, Pam joined MLC CAD Systems as a SolidWorks Enterprise Sales Professional, a role they continue to hold.

Pam Goldston attended the University of Tennessee, Knoxville from 1974 to 1976, but the field of study is unknown. Pam then pursued a degree in Computer Science from the University of Colorado Boulder from 1984 to 1986. In terms of additional certifications, Pam obtained the following certifications from the SolidWorks Authorized Training Centre: CSPSS-PCB Certified SOLIDWORKS Sales Specialist - PCB in May 2017, Certified Sales Professional - Simulation in March 2015, CSAME Certified SOLIDWORKS Account Manager Expert in February 2013, and Certified SOLIDWORKS Enterprise Sales Professional in January 2013.
