Charles Lee

Charles Lee is an experienced actuarial professional currently serving as the Head of Actuarial Analytics and Advice at MLC Life Insurance since February 2022. Prior roles include AI Enablement Lead at Resolution Life, where Charles oversaw the implementation of enterprise AI solutions and coordinated cross-functional teams for scalable AI production. Charles also has a strong background in cloud and data engineering from positions at AMP and KPMG Australia, along with consulting experience at Aon South Africa and Liberty Life. An accomplished leader in advanced analytics, Charles has developed innovative solutions and built strategic relationships across various industries. Charles holds a Bachelor of Business Science degree in Actuarial Science and is a Fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries in the UK.
