Kristin Miller

Kristin Miller currently serves as Chief People Officer at MLC Life Insurance since October 2023. Previously, Kristin held the position of Group Executive - People & Culture at Cbus Super Fund from February 2021 to July 2023 and Group Head of Human Resources at Noble Group from April 2019 to November 2020. Earlier experience includes roles at fibreHR, BlackRock, AllianceBernstein, Morgan Stanley, and Macquarie Group, with a focus on human resources and talent management across various regions. Kristin's academic background encompasses a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Melbourne, a Masters of Commerce in Human Resources Management from the University of Sydney, and a Graduate Diploma in Industrial Relations & Human Resource Management from the University of Melbourne, along with certification as an Organisational Coach from the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership.
