Andrzej Siwek

Andrzej Siwek currently holds the position of Director of Customer Service Department at mLeasing Sp. z o.o. since July 2007. He is also the Director of Contract Realisation Department and previously served as the Deputy Director of Contract Management Department. With a background in economics and postgraduate studies in IT in business, Andrzej has successfully implemented new customer service processes and IT tools, designed back office models, and led various business process improvement projects. His expertise in Lean Management and European Union programs have contributed to the success of the company's operations. Prior to his current role, Andrzej gained experience as a Head of Section at ARiMR and as a Key Account Specialist at Fabryki Mebli "FORTE" S.A.
