Ben W. currently serves as Associate General Counsel at MLG Capital, focusing on joint ventures, acquisitions and dispositions, and leasing since February 2021. Prior experience includes working as an attorney at H&M from January 2018 to February 2021, specializing in commercial leasing, and as a project manager at The Trust for Public Land from July 2014 to December 2017. Additionally, Ben W. held the position of Corporate Counsel at Menards from May 2012 to April 2014, where responsibilities included acquisitions, dispositions, and commercial leasing. Ben W. earned a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the University of Wisconsin Law School between 2009 and 2012 and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Marquette University from 2004 to 2008. Early education was completed at Xavier from 2000 to 2004.
