Amanda Whelan

Amanda Whelan is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and people management, currently serving as the People & Performance Manager at MLL Telecom since November 2017, following roles as Talent Development Manager and Talent Acquisition Manager. Previous experience includes serving as Recruitment Manager at Daylesford and Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Advanced, where responsibilities encompassed the full recruiting life-cycle in the software industry. Additionally, Amanda launched and managed a successful event styling business, Bliss Venue Styling, while raising children, and contributed to Hilton Worldwide as a Recruiter, implementing an Applicant Tracking System for the UK and Ireland. Early career experience includes roles at Select Appointments UK and REED, specializing in recruitment for the education sector.
