Chris Pilla

Chris Pilla is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at MLM Hearing, LLC since November 2024. Prior to this role, Chris held various senior positions at Turtle from July 2015 to November 2024, where responsibilities included streamlining departmental operations and enhancing payroll system capabilities for improved efficiency and compliance. Chris also previously worked at Somerset Tire Service, Inc. as Director of Human Resources, where a focus on training development was emphasized. Additional experience includes establishing a Human Resource Department at Stuart Country Day School and extensive roles at Burlington Coat Factory, where contributions ranged from internal auditing to directing human resources functions.
