Shawn Andrews

Shawn Andrews is an experienced professional with a diverse background in mental health and engineering. Currently serving as a Confirmation Specialist at MLM Home Improvement since March 2022, Shawn previously worked as a Case Manager in Behavioral Health at MVA Health Centers, where management of a caseload of over 50 mental health patients was a key responsibility. Experience also includes roles as a Correctional Officer at the Federal Bureau of Prisons and as a Crisis Intervention Specialist at Valley HealthCare System, focusing on patient support and crisis management. In the engineering field, Shawn held positions as a Field Engineer with both Casey Industrial and Casey Industries Inc., contributing to quality control and productivity tracking systems. Academically, Shawn holds a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from West Virginia University and dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Psychology and Criminal Justice and Corrections from Marshall University.
