Kate Hardie is an experienced HR technology and shared services leader currently serving as the Director of HR Technology at MLSE since March 2022. With a focus on automating processes to improve user experience, Kate has established expertise in HR systems development and data integrity. Previously, in roles at Arterra Wines Canada, Kate managed teams and led significant IT projects, including the implementation of Workday. Kate's career began at CAA South Central Ontario, where innovative analytics functions were pioneered. Additional experience includes roles at CAA Club Group of Companies and Apotex Inc. with a strong foundation in HR systems, payroll management, and Employee Services. Kate holds a BA with Honours in English Language and Literature from Wilfrid Laurier University and a diploma in Human Resources Management from Seneca Polytechnic.
