Britney Sussman Widdoes

Britney Sussman Widdoes is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational effectiveness and talent management. Currently serving as the Director of Organizational Success Operations at Workday since November 2020, Britney supports the Engineering Services & Ops organization and manages a team focused on talent cycle program delivery. Prior to this, Britney held key roles at Endeavour Capital as the Principal Org Effectiveness Partner and Director of Talent, and at Deloitte as a Manager in M&A Human Capital consulting. Additional experience includes consulting for the Los Angeles Lakers and Hewlett-Packard, as well as serving as a Goodwill Ambassadorial Scholar for Rotary International. Britney earned an MBA in Organizational Management from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a BBA in International Business and Marketing from the University of Hawai‘i - Shidler College of Business.
