Paul Spencer Pe

Paul Spencer, PE, serves as Engineering Manager at M&M Carnot since December 2015, where contributions include expanding the engineering team from four to thirteen members and providing mentorship and management. Previously, as Project Engineer at M&M Carnot, Paul led detailed engineering and system design for various industrial refrigeration projects, focusing primarily on CO2/ammonia cascade systems. Prior experience includes a role as Mechanical Engineer at Lewis Research Inc., where work involved testing and manufacturing custom laboratory equipment, as well as positions as a Research Assistant at Old Dominion University and a Research Intern with NASA/Delaware Space Grant. Paul holds a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Johns Hopkins Whiting School of Engineering, a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Old Dominion University, and an A.A.S. in Design Engineering Mechanical from Delaware Technical and Community College-Owens.
