Fleet Operations General Manager, Subsea at MMA Offshore Limited

Munis commenced his seagoing career as a Marine Engineer in 1999 with PETRONAS, where he sailed on various vessels around the world. After qualifying as Chief Engineer, he advanced his career into Offshore Dredging industry and worked for Jan De Nul Belgium in 2003. He later moved to shore-based vessel management positions as Technical Operations Superintendent, Ship Repair and Docking Manager and followed as Technical Coordinator for new built vessels. In 2008, moving to Oil and Gas industry, Munis took up the role as Vessel Manager with FUGRO B.V, covering APAC and Australasia. Munis also has experience in vessel recycling Green Passport with Maersk B.V and Recycling Facilities in China. He also possesses new building experiences, delivering DP2 and DP3 offshore vessels for FUGRO from shipyards at India, Thailand and China. In 2018, Munis joined MMA Offshore and holds the role as General Manager Subsea and he is responsible for MMA’s Subsea Fleet and executing Subsea IMR projects covering Asia, Australia and Middle East regions.
