Vincent Schera

Vincent Schera has a strong background in human resources, with over 30 years of experience. Vincent began their career at Merrill Lynch as a Manager of Compensation before moving to American Express as a Director of Compensation. Vincent then joined CIT as a Vice President of Compensation, and later transitioned to JPMorgan Chase as a VP of Compensation. Vincent returned to CIT and held the role of SVP of Human Resources for over 12 years. Most recently, they served as the Chief Human Resources Officer for MMBB Financial Services, where they were responsible for providing advice and counsel on all human capital initiatives to the executive team.

Vincent Schera holds an MBA degree in Management from Manhattan College. Additionally, they have obtained certifications such as Coaching In Style Certification from Take Flight Learning in July 2023 and Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from the International Coach Federation in October 2018. Vincent also has certifications in Certified Compensation Professional from World at Work and Evidence Based Coaching Certificate Program - International Coach Federation's Accredited Coach Training Program (ACTP) from Fielding Graduate University, although the specific months and years of obtaining these certifications are unknown.
