Abby's most recent position was with MMC Consulting, where they worked as a Management Consultant, Project Manager, Scrum Master, and Finance Lead. In these roles, they developed strategic marketing plans, created streamlined processes, identified process gaps, and facilitated agile sprints to maximize productivity.

Prior to that, Abby worked at General Mills as a Senior Associate Manager, overseeing business operations, P&L management, strategy development, renovation planning, and team coaching. Abby Uhrich, MBA l DASM, completed their education at various institutions and obtained additional certifications throughout their career. Abby earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Accounting from Bentley University in the years 2003 to 2007. In 2005, they participated in a Semester Abroad program at RMIT University. Abby also had an international internship experience at University College Dublin in 2006.

Later on, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Marketing at the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business from 2015 to 2017. In addition to their degrees, Abby Uhrich obtained several certifications. Abby earned a Disciplined Agile Scrum Master (DASM) certification from the Project Management Institute in June 2022.
