Naresh Pallegar

Naresh Pallegar has extensive work experience as an independent consultant and executive consultant across various industries and companies. Naresh has been involved in business and project transformation engagements, particularly in the areas of SAP post-implementation issues, change management, value realization, and transformation.

Naresh has worked with companies such as MMC Consulting, Inc., Xcel Energy, CHS Inc., PLACE®, Patterson Companies, Inc., West African Advanced Petroleum Energy Refinery (WAAPER), Bioenergy Startup (Confidential Client), Ecolab, PURFOODS LLC, and an Asia-based multinational infrastructure company.

Their roles have included executive consultant, co-lead/advisor, independent consultant, and chief operating officer. Naresh has successfully contributed to the improvement of operations, supply chain processes, customer satisfaction, revenue growth, labor cost reduction, and avoiding punitive regulatory actions.
