Luis Reynafarge

Luis Reynafarge is an experienced professional in mining engineering and operational excellence, currently serving as the Operational Excellence Superintendent at MMG Limited since August 2016. In this role, Luis focuses on improving key performance indicators across the value chain, while ensuring budget compliance and leading various improvement projects. Previously, Luis held positions such as Senior Optimization Engineer and Senior Mining Engineer, where responsibilities included fleet management, production optimization, and project leadership for cost reduction and efficiency initiatives. Luis has a strong educational background, including an MBA in Digital Transformation from Universidad ESAN and an engineering degree from the National University of Engineering, complemented by Lean Six Sigma certifications.
