Amol Ghode has worked in the software engineering field since 2007. In that time, they have worked for Avaya as a software engineer, Synerzip as a Senior Software Engineer, MobileSpan Inc. (acquired by Dropbox) as a Programmer, ASSERTION as a Development Lead, kPoint Technologies as an Associate Architect, Rocket.Chat as a Senior Backend Engineer (VoIP), and most recently, mmhmm as a Staff Software Engineer. At Rocket.Chat, they worked as a Senior Backend Engineer (VoIP). Finally, at mmhmm, they are a Staff Software Engineer working on an all-in-one platform for making, watching, and talking on videos.

Amol Ghode completed their Master of Computer Applications (MCA) at Fergusson College from 2004 to 2007.
