Colleen M.

Colleen M. has been working in the operations field since 2007. Colleen began their career as an Office Manager at YouthNoise, Inc. in 2007. Colleen then moved to Six Apart as an Office Coordinator in 2008, followed by Apture, Inc. as Office Manager/Community Advocate in 2009. In 2009, they took on the role of Office Manager at InsideTrack and then Office Manager at Get Satisfaction in 2010. In 2012, Colleen moved to Wheelz, Inc. as Office Manager/Executive Assistant, where they managed all facilities and operational requests for a team of 75. In 2013, they became Operations Manager at MindSnacks, where they coordinated 3 space rearrangements, ordered furniture, built, broke down, and stored furniture as necessary, and executed custom facilities needs. Colleen then joined Stellar Development Foundation as Operations Manager & Executive Assistant in 2014. In 2017, Colleen moved to All Turtles as Head of People Operations and Senior Operations Manager. Most recently, they have been Head of People Operations at mmhmm since 2020.

Colleen M. holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Whittier College, where they studied American Studies, French, and Gender & Women's Studies.
