Sanketh Ramkrishnamurthy

Sanketh Ramkrishnamurthy has a diverse work experience in the HR field, spanning over several companies and roles. Sanketh started their career in 2002 as an Account Manager in Sankalp Solutions, where they were responsible for technical recruitment. Sanketh then joined Trigent Software Ltd in 2006 as a Lead Talent Acquisition Specialist, where they handled HR needs for staff augmented employees and implemented training programs.

In 2010, Sanketh moved to Verismo Networks as an HR Manager, focusing on transforming the home television experience. Sanketh then joined Infineon Technologies in 2013 as a Manager HR - Talent Marketing Diversity, where they worked on talent acquisition.

In 2015, Sanketh became the Head HR at iNube Software Solutions Pvt Limited, leading HR initiatives in the insurance, cloud computing, and mobility industries. Sanketh later joined Avi Solar Energy Private Limited as the Vice President of Human Resources in 2017, overseeing talent management, employee relations, and strategic workforce planning.

In 2018, Sanketh worked as the Head HR at Payjo Inc., before joining AutoRABIT later that year. At AutoRABIT, they played a key role in talent acquisition, talent management, and talent engagement, and was responsible for various HR tasks such as policy formation, performance management, and employee relations.

Sanketh Ramkrishnamurthy has a diverse education history. Sanketh started their education at Harihar Polyfibers School, where they obtained their 12th grade degree in Science from 1984 to 1997. Sanketh then attended Sahyadri Science College in Shimoga from 1997 to 2000, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree with a focus on Botany, Biochemistry, and Microbiology. Following that, Sanketh enrolled at Kuvempu University in Shankaraghatta, Shimoga, where they pursued an MSc degree in Microbiology from 2000 to 2002. Sanketh continued their education at Kuvempu University and obtained an MBA degree with a specialization in Marketing and HR from 2002 to 2004.

In addition to their formal education, Sanketh has also attained various certifications throughout their career. Sanketh received the International Certified Recruitment Analyst certification from CAMI University in September 2008. In 2009, they became a Certified Quality Management System Lead Auditor, specializing in ISO 9001:2000, from BSI. Sanketh obtained the Great Place to Work Certification from the Great Place to Work Institute in July 2014.

Continuing their professional development, Sanketh achieved the Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) - ISO 27001:2013 certification from BSI in January 2020. Sanketh then became an OKR Certified Coach, trained in the Outcome Mindset Method, in March 2021. Sanketh expanded their HR expertise by completing the course "Human Resources: Using Metrics to Drive HR Strategy" from LinkedIn in June 2021. Lastly, in August 2022, they obtained the Diversity and Inclusion in a Global Enterprise certification from LinkedIn.
