Mitesh Rathod

Mitesh Rathod has held various roles in the technology field since 2013. Mitesh'sfirst role was as an IT Help Desk Consultant at Rutgers New Brunswick Computing Services, where they interacted with faculty, staff, and students on a daily basis, provided customer service, help desk support, and resolved technical issues, and managed computer/account setup/login for employees and students. In 2015, they took on the role of Senior Apple Campus Leader at Apple. In 2017, they moved to Paxos as an Information Technology System Administrator. In 2018, they joined Siegel+Gale as a Knowledge Manager, Global. Currently, they are a Knowledge Manager, Content Strategy at mmhmm, where they are responsible for devising a strategy for content creation and managing content for the Help Center.

Mitesh Rathod holds an Information Technology and Informatics degree from Rutgers University and a High School Diploma from McNair Academic High School. Mitesh studied Information Technology at Rutgers and College/University Preparatory and Advanced High School/Secondary Diploma Program at McNair.
