Allen Serdikoff

Allen Serdikoff has extensive experience in technology and customer support within the healthcare industry. Currently serving as a Production Support Engineer at MMIT since October 2021, Allen previously worked as a Developer at InfoWerks Data Services Inc. from July 2018 to September 2021. Prior to this, Allen held various roles at HBS Health Business System, including Cap/IT Performance Management Analyst from January 2015 to July 2018 and Manager of Implementation Services/On-Line Services and Data Conversions from April 2008 to January 2015. Allen's career began at Health Business Systems Inc., where roles included Customer Account Manager/Trainer and Customer Service Representative/Trainer from April 1998 to July 2002. Responsibilities have included system design, data conversion implementation, root cause analysis of customer issues, and team management to ensure client satisfaction.
