Dylan Dineen, MBA, PMP® has a diverse work experience starting from 2015. Dylan worked as a Teaching Assistant at Eden Autism from 2015 to 2016. In 2016, they became a Mental Health Associate at Penn Medicine Princeton Health. From 2017, Dylan began working at Rutgers University Graduate School of Applied and Professional Psychology as a Post-baccalaureate Research Assistant for a year. In the same year, they joined MMIT as an Operations Analyst and later moved up to the role of Product Owner in 2020. Dylan then transitioned to the position of Data Operations Manager and subsequently Director of Data Operations and, most recently, Senior Director of Data Operations at MMIT. Overall, Dylan's work experience spans across various roles in different industries, showcasing their adaptability and growth.

Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology at Rutgers University - Newark in 2015. In addition to their academic achievements, Dylan also obtained certifications in Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in December 2020 and in Learning Microsoft Project from LinkedIn in October 2020.
