Sandra Mayoral-Reichard

Sandra Mayoral-Reichard has over 14 years of work experience at MMM Holdings LLC. Sandra started in 2006 as an Organizational Development Manager and later became the Human Resources Director in 2008, a position they held until 2014. From 2014 to 2018, they served as the Assistant Vice President of Human Resources. Currently, Sandra holds the position of Vice President of Human Resources at MMM Holdings LLC. Sandra was promoted to Chief Human Resources Officer in January 2020.

Sandra Mayoral-Reichard has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Recinto Universitario de Mayaguez. Sandra also holds a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Universidad Carlos Albizu.
