Susan Anderson, RN, CCM, HCRM has extensive experience in healthcare management and clinical services. Susan is currently working as the Director of Medical Management at Sonder Health Plans "Georgians Caring for Georgians". Prior to this, they held the position of Executive Director of Health Services at MMM of Florida, where they led a team and managed system installations and upgrades. Before that, they worked as the Senior Director of Clinical Services at Magellan Complete Care, where they ensured compliance with NCQA standards and developed organizational and operational plans. Susan also served as the Director of Clinical Operations and Patient Safety Director/Risk Manager at the University of Miami, where they built relationships with external auditors and led utilization meetings for analyzing metrics.

Susan Anderson, RN, CCM, HCRM holds a Bachelor of General Studies degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from the University of Miami. Susan also obtained an RN Diploma Nurse from Jackson Memorial Hospital School of Nursing. In addition to their degrees, they earned several certifications, including Certified Case Manager (CCM) certification from the Commission for Case Manager Certification (CCMC), Healthcare Risk Management Certification from the University of Florida, Gainesville, Florida, and they are a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida with license number 1647472.
