Nicholas Naclerio

Nicholas Naclerio has a wealth of work experience in the food and hospitality industry. In 2010, they began their career as an Assistant General Manager at Gianna's. From 2013 to 2014, they worked as a Line Chef at Shokudo Group, a Sous Chef for Executive Corporate Pastry Chef at Barton G, and a Sous Chef at Hakkasan in the Fontainebleau Miami Beach. In 2016, they became an Assistant Manager and Business Development at Bachour. In 2018, they were a Director of Operations at Big Time Production. In 2019, they took on two roles: Director of Operations/Controller at Park Construction Group Ltd and Founder & CEO at Mmmly.

Nicholas Naclerio's education history includes attending Johnson & Wales University from 2013 to 2016, where they studied Cooking and Related Culinary Arts. Nicholas then attended Hunter College from 2016 to 2019, where they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology with a Minor in Business Administration. Currently, they are enrolled at Harvard Extension School and is studying Corporate Finance and Managerial Economics. Nicholas has also previously attended University at Albany, SUNY, though the field of study is unknown. Additionally, they hold a Certified Professional Food Manager (CPFM) certification from EHS-Academy.
