The role:

The Marketing Assistant will focus on enhancing the influence of the MMR brand in the Chinese market under the guidance of the Marketing Manager, maintain the brand's image through social media platforms such as WeChat and Weibo, and be responsible for the execution and organization of related marketing activities.

We are looking for a motivated individual who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and possesses excellent communication skills. You should have a creative and analytical mindset, continuously seeking new ideas and opportunities to enhance our marketing effectiveness. In addition, you should be comfortable working with data-driven insights and be familiar with various marketing technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

  • Responsible for content publication for the MMR brand on WeChat and Weibo, tracking, and
    analyzing social media data to optimize promotional efforts.

  • Update and maintain content for WeChat Mini Programs to keep the brand information current.
    Marketing Activity Execution and Operations:

  • Execute specific marketing campaign operations including crafting marketing emails, creating
    landing pages, setting up workflows, and managing customer lists.

  • Assist in planning and executing on-site events and meetings, taking charge of logistical
    preparations and vendor communications. Ensure materials are prepared adequately, visual
    assets meet standards, and provide on-site support on the day of the event.

Data Management:

  • Regularly collect and organize data from social media, advertisements, and other marketing
    channels.

  • Analyze data to provide insights that support the adjustment and decision-making of marketing
    strategies.

Copywriting and Design Coordination:

  • Write marketing copy including editing and formatting content for WeChat.
  • Collaborate with the design team to ensure that marketing materials visually align with brand
    guidelines and engage the target audience.

Financial and Administrative Support:

  • Assist with managing the financial processes of the marketing department, such as invoice
    processing and budget tracking.
  • Provide comprehensive support to the marketing team as needed, assisting with a variety of
    marketing tasks.
