Mihir Inamdar has extensive work experience in the market research and insights industry. Mihir started their career with Nielsen & IMRB in 2004, where they held various roles and managed consumer research projects for P&G. During this time, they provided valuable consumer insights to stakeholders within the organization. From 2013 to 2016, Mihir worked at Nielsen as an Associate Director and Senior Manager, where they led a team responsible for servicing PepsiCo in the Middle East, North Africa, and Pakistan. Mihir handled a variety of research projects and helped set up a standardized product testing database for PepsiCo's R&D team. In 2017, Mihir became an Associate Director - Client Business Partner at Nielsen, leading a team and building a strategic partnership with PepsiCo in China. Mihir worked on market mix modelling and multi-touch attribution projects, helping optimize marketing spends. In 2019 and 2020, Mihir served as Director at Nielsen, managing teams responsible for snacks and confectionery clients in China and multinational FMCG companies in Malaysia. Mihir then joined GfK as a Director - Market Intelligence in 2021, where they oversaw a team of 10 people and focused on client servicing, data delivery, and building thought leadership in the IT, consumer electronics, and durables sectors. Currently, Mihir works at MMR Research as the Client Solutions Director (APAC).

Mihir Inamdar pursued their education in a chronological order. Mihir started by attending The Valley School from 1993 to 1996 and obtained their ICSE degree. Following this, from 1996 to 1998, they studied at Rishi Valley School, completing their ISC degree in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Economics. In 1998, they enrolled at Fergusson College, where they obtained their BA degree in Economics from 1998 to 2001. Lastly, from 2001 to 2003, they attended the Department of Management Sciences (PUMBA), Savitribai Phule Pune University, and earned an MBA degree with a focus on Marketing.
