Patricia Winn

Patricia Winn is a professional with experience in affordable site operations, staff management, HUD, Tax Credit, Section 8 PBV, rehab, construction, and file maintenance. Patricia has held various roles including Training Manager and Compliance Manager at MMS Group, Property Manager at Fairstead, HUD MOR Specialist at Cambridge Management, Inc., and Property Manager at The Millennia Companies®. Prior to that, Patricia worked at Jacksonville Housing Authority as Assistant Manager in Public Housing and Section 8. Patricia Winn attended Douglas Anderson School of The Arts from 1999 to 2003.
