Rathna Iyer

Rathna Iyer, MS. PMP has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Rathna currently holds the position of Senior Director in Account Management at MMS since June 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Parexel for nearly a decade, starting as a Director/Senior Project Leader in Parexel Consulting from August 2014 to November 2020, and then progressing to the role of Senior Director in Parexel Regulatory & Access from November 2020 to March 2023.

Before their tenure at Parexel, Rathna worked as a Project Management Consultant at IPM Integrated Project Management Company from January 2012 to August 2014. Their experience also includes a significant role at Pfizer Global R&D where they served as a Research Project Leader/Senior Principal Scientist for almost two decades from July 1992 to November 2011. Additionally, they had a brief stint as a Pfizer Global Health Fellow at Christian Medical College and Hospital, Vellore, India in August 2005.

Rathna Iyer, MS. PMP completed a Diploma in Clinical Research Administration from Eastern Michigan University in 2000. Prior to that, they earned an M.S in Biological Sciences from Oakland University in 1989. Rathna also holds a B.Sc in Biology and Chemistry from Bangalore University, which they obtained in the years 1975 to 1978.
