Salih Siam

Salih (Sal) Siam is an experienced professional in business development within the clinical research and life sciences sectors. As the Director of Business Development at MMS since June 2024, Sal focuses on overcoming complex trial data and regulatory challenges for pharmaceutical and biotech clients. Previously, as Executive Director of Business Development at Adnovate Clinical, Sal led global initiatives to enhance the value of next-generation medicines. Sal's background also includes senior roles at Genpro Research and Cytel, where responsibilities encompassed sales and business development across Europe, along with a strong emphasis on customer relations in clinical trials. Early career experience includes consulting in regulatory affairs and recruitment in the clinical research domain. Sal holds a BSc in Molecular Medicine from the University of Sussex.
