Steve Layton is a versatile and profit-focused C-suite executive with extensive experience in driving sales growth and optimizing business operations within high-tech markets. As the Chief Operating Officer at KG Technologies, Inc. from 2017 to 2024, Steve profitably grew sales to $120M and established a subsidiary in South Africa. Prior to this role, Steve successfully tripled revenue at another organization and captured significant market share in the UK. A graduate of Harvard Business School’s General Management Program, Steve is also a co-founder of Executives Without Borders, providing consulting services to NGO leaders.
